DLU Online là ứng dụng không chính thức. Ứng dụng do cá nhân phát triển, không phải sản phẩm của Trường Đại học Đà Lạt và không được nhà trường bảo trợ hay liên kết.
1. Ứng dụng làm gì
DLU Online giúp sinh viên xem thời khoá biểu, lịch thi, điểm, học phần, chương trình đào tạo, điểm rèn luyện và thông tin LMS của chính mình bằng cách đăng nhập vào hệ thống của trường thay cho người dùng. Ứng dụng chỉ đọc dữ liệu của người đang đăng nhập; không sửa, không đăng ký học phần, không thao tác gì thay người dùng ngoài việc xem (và điểm danh LMS khi người dùng tự bấm).
2. Dữ liệu ứng dụng xử lý
- Thông tin đăng nhập: mã sinh viên và mật khẩu cổng thông tin (portal); nếu người dùng tự nối thêm, tài khoản và mật khẩu LMS cùng phiên đăng nhập LMS (cookie, sesskey).
- Dữ liệu học tập và hồ sơ do hệ thống của trường trả về: họ tên, mã sinh viên, ngày sinh, lớp, ngành, email trường, số điện thoại, số CCCD và các trường hồ sơ khác; thời khoá biểu, lịch thi, điểm, học phần, điểm rèn luyện, thông báo, sự kiện và điểm danh LMS.
- Cài đặt trong ứng dụng: giao diện, nhắc lịch, khoá ứng dụng, lịch tự thêm.
Ứng dụng không thu thập vị trí, danh bạ, ảnh, micro, camera, mã quảng cáo hay danh sách ứng dụng trên máy. Ứng dụng không dùng công cụ phân tích, theo dõi hay quảng cáo.
3. Dữ liệu được gửi đi đâu
- Thông tin đăng nhập chỉ được gửi tới máy chủ của Trường Đại học Đà Lạt
(
portal-api.dlu.edu.vn,lms.dlu.edu.vn) để đăng nhập và lấy dữ liệu của chính người dùng. Mọi kết nối đều mã hoá bằng HTTPS. - Để kiểm tra phiên bản mới, ứng dụng đọc thông tin phát hành công khai trên GitHub
(
api.github.com,raw.githubusercontent.com). Yêu cầu này không kèm dữ liệu cá nhân nào; GitHub chỉ thấy địa chỉ IP như với mọi truy cập web. - Nhà phát triển không có máy chủ riêng và không nhận, không lưu, không xem bất kỳ dữ liệu nào của người dùng. Dữ liệu không được bán hay chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba.
4. Lưu trữ trên thiết bị
- Mật khẩu, cookie và phiên đăng nhập được lưu trong kho bảo mật của hệ điều hành (Android Keystore, iOS/macOS Keychain).
- Dữ liệu đã xem được lưu đệm trong cơ sở dữ liệu cục bộ của ứng dụng để xem khi mất mạng.
- Nhắc lịch là thông báo cục bộ do chính thiết bị hẹn giờ; khoá ứng dụng bằng vân tay/khuôn mặt do hệ điều hành xác thực, ứng dụng không đọc hay lưu dữ liệu sinh trắc học.
- Nhật ký chế độ nhà phát triển (nếu bật) chỉ nằm trong bộ nhớ, không ghi mật khẩu, nội dung yêu cầu hay token, và mất khi đóng ứng dụng.
5. Chia sẻ do người dùng chủ động
Khi người dùng bấm chia sẻ ảnh thời khoá biểu hoặc thêm lịch (.ics) vào ứng dụng Lịch,
dữ liệu đó được chuyển tới ứng dụng mà người dùng tự chọn. Ngoài các thao tác này, ứng dụng không tự
chia sẻ dữ liệu.
6. Xoá dữ liệu
Đăng xuất sẽ xoá mật khẩu, phiên đăng nhập (portal và LMS) và toàn bộ dữ liệu đệm trên thiết bị. Gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng cũng xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu của ứng dụng. Vì nhà phát triển không lưu dữ liệu nào, không có dữ liệu nào cần yêu cầu xoá phía máy chủ của nhà phát triển. Dữ liệu trên hệ thống của trường do nhà trường quản lý.
7. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng dành cho sinh viên Trường Đại học Đà Lạt và không nhắm tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

DLU Online is an unofficial app. It is developed by an individual and is not made, endorsed by, or affiliated with Da Lat University.
1. What the app does
DLU Online lets students view their own timetable, exam schedule, grades, enrolled courses, curriculum, conduct score and LMS information by signing in to the university's systems on their behalf. The app only reads the signed-in user's data; it does not modify anything or register courses (apart from LMS attendance when the user taps it themselves).
2. Data the app handles
- Credentials: student ID and portal password; if the user connects LMS, the LMS username, password and LMS session (cookie, sesskey).
- Academic and profile data returned by the university: name, student ID, date of birth, class, major, university email, phone number, national ID number and other profile fields; timetable, exams, grades, courses, conduct score, announcements, LMS events and attendance.
- In-app settings: theme, reminders, app lock, custom events.
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, advertising ID or installed apps, and contains no analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs.
3. Where data is sent
- Credentials are sent only to Da Lat University's servers (
portal-api.dlu.edu.vn,lms.dlu.edu.vn) to sign in and fetch the user's own data, always over HTTPS. - To check for updates, the app reads public release information from GitHub
(
api.github.com,raw.githubusercontent.com). No personal data is included. - The developer runs no server and never receives, stores or sees any user data. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.
4. On-device storage
- Passwords, cookies and sessions are stored in the OS secure storage (Android Keystore, iOS/macOS Keychain).
- Viewed data is cached in the app's local database for offline viewing.
- Reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device. Biometric app lock is handled by the OS; the app never reads or stores biometric data.
- The optional developer log lives in memory only, never records passwords, request bodies or tokens, and is cleared when the app closes.
5. User-initiated sharing
When the user shares a timetable image or adds events (.ics) to a calendar app, that data
goes to the app the user picks. The app shares nothing on its own.
6. Data deletion
Signing out deletes passwords, sessions (portal and LMS) and all cached data from the device. Uninstalling the app also deletes all of its data. Since the developer stores nothing, there is no developer-side data to delete. Data on the university's systems is managed by the university.
7. Children
The app is intended for Da Lat University students and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy are published on this page with an updated date at the top.
